From my point of view:

Most eventful destination in Croatia – during the year Zagreb is definitely the most eventful. During the summer there are few other destinations that I would highlight: Split, Dubrovnik and Istrian peninsula have many events that are famous and very visited by tourists from all over the world. Lately Zadar has more and more events which are also worth to visit.

"Wow" factor that hits me immediately – interesting event in nature surrounded traditional estate with good local wine and seasonal  food; and special, themed  decorations.  I think that tradition and history is something that make that special feeling that every person brings home.

Perfect event venue  - Many of our historical squares or museums can be great event venue.  My favourite one would be  Arena - amphitheater  in Pula for big events or, as I already said, old traditional estate for more intimate one.

If I could, I would like to organize  incentive trip to Hvar, with boat tours to near-by islands  Brač and Vis.   Lot of authentic Hvar experiences spiced up with  some wine tasting in Bol in Winery Stina and a relaxing day on Stiniva beach on Vis - cove beach hidden between two rocky cliffs about four meters apart. Gala dinner on Hvar's fort Fortica with the view on Pakleni islands would be the perfect end of the programme.

I will always remember  great guided tour of vineyards, winery and cellars Belje, located in the wine growing region of Baranya in Eastern Croatia (tradition since 16th century) with wine tasting – the epicurean experience to recommend.
